Reservation Policy
- Reservation must be guaranteed by credit card
- Reservations will be guaranteed with full payment. You will receive a reservation confirmation within 24 hours upon receipt of payment.
Payment Policy
- We accept major credit card, bank transfer or cash.
- Cheques will be accepted, but will only be approved after bank clearance.
Cancellation Policy
- There shall be full refund for any cancellation made 7 days prior to your check-in date.
- One day stay will be charged for any cancellation made within 7 days before the check-in date.
- Two days stay will be charged for cancellation made within 48 hours before check in date.
